While Colombia may be on the bottom of the list, they have a different style of military force. In fact, the country uses a Public Forces sector that works alongside their military. Together, they both create the Colombian Constitution. Through teamed forces, the constitution consists of more than 470,000 personnel with half of them being signed up to the Army.
