Most of the time, these dangerous items are normally picked up by the x-ray machines. As the carry-on bags and hold luggage make their way through these devices, the TSA agents are able to pick them up and remove them from the premises. This stops them making their way onto the plane and being used for potentially lethal events. It’s incredible to see these x-rays and how the smallest of items are picked up. However, it’s fair to say that these machines have also picked up a few odd items over the years.
