It keeps you hydrated, and that ensures that you concentrate better, eat less, and have more energy throughout the day. You’ll be amazed by how great you feel when you start drinking water more regularly. Plus, it doesn’t even interfere with your busy college schedule. All you need to do is carry around a water bottle with you wherever you go, and you’ll be doing great things for your health.
