While this might not sound like the most fun thing to start with, heading to the gym is great for so many reasons. It keeps you up and active, it can help to clear your mind, and the feel-good hormones from a good workout usually relieve stress.

Most of us have a favorite TV show or two. Why not spend the night thinking about nothing other than laughing along to that sitcom or crying to the drama? Sometimes, rewatching our favorite episodes help put us in a new frame of mind for the day.
