Avengers: Infinity War
Well, it looks as though Marvel is intent on ruining as many people’s exam results as possible with the timing of their latest release. Any fans of the Marvel film universe will be desperate to fix their eyes on this latest feature. It is packed full of superheroes and threatens to have a superhero or villain on screen at all times. There can’t have been too many auditions for this movie as all of the stars are already established in their own Marvel universe.
The Week Of
This comedy movie you can watch from the comfort of your bed as it is coming to Netflix soon. Starring Adam Sandler and Chris Rock, The Week Of follows the last minute preparations for a wedding ceremony. The tale focuses on the soon-to-be married couple’s parents and their ups and downs they experience while trying to get the preparations right. Another of Adam Sandler’s Netflix collaborations, you can expect more of the same from the established comedy star.
Who doesn’t want to take a trip to the movie theatre to catch a movie with The Rock in? This movie will be combining science fiction and action. It tells the story of genetic experiments gone wrong, which leaves mutant monsters tearing across America destroying all that stands in front of them. This is going to be an all-action affair that will leave you forgetting all about finals for a while.
Truth or Dare
This horror movie will be giving you sleepless nights which will seriously affect your ability to study. Still worth watching though! The story starts out as a harmless game of truth or dare but suddenly develops into a deadly game for those who do not play the game properly. Those who lie or duck out of a dare will be punished with deathly consequences. You might want to bring a pillow to hide behind for this one.
I Feel Pretty
This comedy movie will be following the exploits of Renee Bennett (Amy Schumer) who feels like just your average woman in an age of stunningly beautiful people. She falls off of an exercise bike and believes she is as physically attractive as all of the other beautiful people in the world and goes on an adventure to discover that beauty is not skin deep, but it’s what is inside that counts. It’s like Shallow Hal and will have people heading to movie theatres for some light relief from their studies for finals.
Those were some of the soon to be released movies that are sure to distract you from studying for your finals. Hopefully, you manage to find some time to cram in some extra studying if you find yourself heading to the movie theatres to watch one, or more of these releases.
