Simmons is said to have engaged in a brief dalliance with Devin Renee DeVasquez, around the year 2002. The rumor was sparked by pictures of the two getting very close to each other at different events. One of these was the launch party for TONGUE, a men’s lifestyle magazine launched by Simmons.
