This is what happens when you substitute your car tires with rubber bands

It was pretty much an instant failure. They added some zip ties to try and keep them from slipping off the rim, but the car barely made it out of the garage before the ties began slipping. There was no way they would be able to get this car out on the road with the zip ties, so unfortunately this experiment proved to be unlikely to succeed. Still, at least we now know that if we tried to make a tire out of zip ties it wouldn’t work!
