In fact, the property has only changed hands twice in the last 50 years, each time sold with its notarized bill of sale, and signature. Brigitte Kruse, a co-founder of GWS Auctions, claimed that nobody has ever changed the registration because “…they always wanted to be able to say it was in Elvis’ name.”
