Ava Bartello began entering pageants when she was five years old, and it wasn’t long before she started taking home the prizes. While on Toddlers and Tiaras, Ava was fortunate enough to take the title of Little Miss Grand Supreme. That wasn’t good enough for this competitive youngster who wanted to be the Ultimate Grand Supreme and shortly after failing to take that title, a full-on meltdown was happening.
