Her time in the movie was only the beginning for Mia who went on to star in a number of hit movies throughout the rest of the ‘80s and ‘90s. Some of her biggest hits include the fantasy adventure film Legend, and the sci-fi hit Timecop. Unfortunately, it seemed as though acting was never Mia’s first choice of career. The star admitted in an interview with The Volga that she “needed to work” and how she “got lucky at the get go.”
However, several setbacks and never landing the role of her dreams meant Mia soon looked elsewhere for inspiration. Now, Mia focuses her time on writing – especially poetry. When she’s not being creative, Mia is kept busy by her family, including her husband Brian Henson and two children, Dashiell Connery and Amelia Henson.
