With gleeful shaming on both sides, we can say with certainty that both sides were absolutely right. And absolutely wrong. The infant’s parents might have done something to calm their baby down, while the diner’s owner probably shouldn’t have shouted at her.

The internet at large, however, doesn’t care. Once again, it only cares about pouncing on the low points in the lives of everyone involved, and keep beating into the ground an argument that can’t be settled. The best way to win this war? Simple: don’t participate.
