Employees were having a hard time dealing with that, he was told, and so he understood how “inconvenient this was to your night.” Lastly, he was happy to hear she won’t be returning, as they wouldn’t want such “nasty, cold-hearted” customers anyway. He concluded by saying he won’t be losing a second’s sleep over her business.
