Hayley Keegan, the lawyer who defended Kirsty said, “Miss Sharman offers her sincere apologies to the ambulance staff and accepts that her behavior was completely unacceptable.” She continued, “She doesn’t seek to minimize or make excuses for her behavior on the day in question, except to say she is sorry. She has accepted that she did write that note. She used abusive language towards the staff when they were simply trying to do their job.”
