Meet Kirsty Sharman, a 26-year-old mother-of-two from Stoke-on-Trent. No one, besides her family, friends, and acquaintances, knew a whole lot about her up until recently, when she became an internet sensation for not the best reasons. It all started in February 2018, when the West Midlands Ambulance responded to an emergency call from a woman who needed immediate medical help. The woman in need was 68-year-old from Stoke-on-Trent, Christine Heath, whose husband had called after she was having difficulty breathing. The crew of medics parked their vehicle in a resident’s parking spot close to the Heath’s home as they rushed inside in order to assist the patient and take her to the hospital.
