This is either a really interesting marketing gimmick, or it is a really nasty, sly cheat. In any case, we ourselves would certainly be angry about this if it were to happen to us. This person paid three dollars for what they thought was going to be a cup full of gummy bears. And then what happened? They only got a small handful and a completely empty cup! What evil person thought to do this???
