So we really want to know – when a package says gluten free, what exactly does that mean? Does it meant that there has been no wheat at all where the product was produced? Does it mean that it is a food which is fine for people with Celiac’s disease to eat? Or, is it like we are thinking, just a way for companies to sell more product? The FDA does not really regulate it, so food companies can write it wherever they please.
