At first it may appear as if this person is not getting all of the noodles that they wanted. They spent ten whole cents for that cup, they deserve to get every single noodle! But something which should probably be mentioned is the fact that noodles expand after they are cooked in hot water. If there was no room for the noodles to expand out into, then the cup would most likely break. Although, maybe it is worth it to check other cups of noodles before pushing this theory.
