This is just a normal escalator, right? Look a little closer, and you might realize that the stairs aren’t actually moving. This isn’t a power issue, and the maintenance man definitely isn’t on his way to fix it, because these are actually concrete stairs! Yes, some genius decided that escalators were just too expensive to run in this mall, so went ahead and tricked their customers instead. We can’t even explain the anger we would feel if we saw this in real life…

Anyone else never want to see a staircase ever again? No, you’re not alone. Although we thought that there were competent stair makers around the world, it seems as though we were mistaken.
