Hollywood icon James Dean was just at the peak of his acting career when his life suddenly ended at only 24 years of age. On September 30, 1955 the charming movie star took a spin in this Porsche Spyder. Sadly, shortly after this picture was taken, Dean was involved in a head-on car crash in this very car, resulting in his death.
The Porsche he was driving was actually involved in a string of other accidents following his death, and was given the name “the cursed car.”
