Let’s cast our minds back to the Tobey Maguire version of Spider-Man as we look at his one true love, Mary Jane Watson, played by Kirsten Dunst. As we have said, the girlfriends of these superheroes often have to be the ones that keep their feet on the ground.
However, it seems as though Mary Jane is in for some battles of her own. This character is consistently let down by her superhero boyfriend, but Spider-Man somehow always manages to win his love around.
