What teenage boy hasn’t had a crush on at least one of their teachers? Meldrum played the recurring role of Miss White, Kevin’s beautiful teacher that he often hoped for more with. Even after she got married and changed her name to Mrs. Heimer, Kevin never wanted to give up on the dream and still called her Miss White. In a particularly memorable episode, Kevin had to drive a very pregnant Mrs. Heimer to the hospital. She was definitely a teacher who left an impact on young Kevin!

Born in Italy, but raised in Canada, Meldrum has had many small and memorable roles in a variety of shows and movies. She has appeared in Seinfeld, NYPD Blue, Bliss, and more. She later went on to star in the Canadian hit series Less Than Kind as Anne Blecher, a role that garnered her a number of award nominations. In 2007 she won Outstanding Actress at the Winnipeg International Film festival, and in 2009 she won Best Performance at the Canadian Comedy Awards.
