Several years after she’d started “30 Minute Meals”, the chef was offered her own talk show where she’d cook alongside celebrity guests. The program was similar to “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” only with food at the forefront. Rachael wasn’t about to say no to another series, and with good reason. When it launched in 2006, it pulled in some of the best ratings for a daytime show, averaging around 2.6 million daily viewers.
