Most of the Saved By the Bell cast kept in touch and maintained good relationships over the years, but the relationship between most of the cast and Dustin Diamond remained strained. They apparently never quite got over how poorly they had gotten along on set, and his photo has even been cropped out of group photos that the cast has put out.

In 2009, when the cast reunited for a People Magazine cover shoot in honor of the show’s 20th anniversary, people couldn’t help but notice that Diamond was completely absent.
