Part of that strained relationship may have also come from Dustin Diamond’s tell-all book that he published in 2009, titled Behind the Bell. In the book, Diamond made many shocking claims about the show and his fellow cast-mates, most of which were not flattering.

He made accusations about Mark-Paul Gosselaar using steroids, that Tiffani Thiessen was promiscuous, that the cast manipulated the producers to do what they wanted, and more. All of his fellow cast-mates have denied and refuted his claims, but it still left fans with a lot of questions.
