The Partridge Family is still one of the most famous television shows of all time, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been surrounded by drama at one point or another. When the show came to an end, it was revealed that their production company was simply using the actors to make themselves a bigger profit. Although the show was raking in a huge amount of money, very little of that was going to the actors and actresses on the show. In fact, David Cassidy basically left with empty pockets after his stint on the show.
After taking on the role of Laurie Partridge in The Partridge Family, Susan Dey was inundated with acting opportunities. Perhaps one of her most famous roles to date came in 1975 when she was offered the chance to guest star on one of the most popular crime drama shows of the ‘70s; Hawaii Five-O. 
For this guest role, Susan played the character of Susan Bradshaw who found herself in trouble with the law. But when she got on the right side of the tracks, the fans fell in love with her.
