Within months, Cooper’s relationship with Neal proved to be a turbulent mess. Neal soon revealed that she had become pregnant with the actor’s child, but that he had forced her to have it terminated. The actress also made claims that the movie star got aggressive with her after finding out that she went on a date with Kirk Douglas.
At this point, there was pretty much no going back for the controversial pair, and Neal ended up breaking up with him – although she did try to go back to him shortly after and was rejected, leading her into tremendous heartbreak.
