Almost two years after Diggy’s dramatic court case, he has now settled into a very happy and comfortable life. Diggy loves to play around with Dan, and continues to be the funny and goofy dog that Dan and his girlfriend first fell in love with. The happy family loves to pal around together, even if it’s something as simple as a little window gazing. Whether they’re going to the lake in the summer, or enjoying the snow in the winter, Diggy loves every moment.

While Diggy may not be the center of a news story anymore, that doesn’t stop him from showing up in many of Dan’s social media updates. On July 12, 2018 Dan wanted to share with his followers about the new rug he had just purchased. But of course, Diggy being Diggy, decided to commandeer the rug for himself, which Dan just found too cute not to share. There’s no question that this dog is living the good life.

As for Dan, he is continuing to pursue his music career. In 2016, he recorded his EP called, We Like to Have Fun! From there, he has gone on to slowly getting his music out there for more and more people to hear. He loves to do live performances where he can, and has appeared on a number of a local TV stations performing his work. He also uses his social media presence to share songs and performances with his fans. His big dream is that one day everyone around the world will have heard his music.
