The Royal Thai Armed Forces consist of the Royal Air Force, the Royal Navy, and the Royal Army, and have broken into the top half of the list. Figures show that 0.8% of the population in Thailand is either serving in the military or on reserve. This number is much higher than the U.S. but also lower than Vietnam. It appears as though they’ve had practice at keeping their military personnel in check as a considerable number of the people are admirals or generals.
