The second Rhodey and Nebula arrive to Morag in the year 2014, we’re met with a strange, but not so unfamiliar sight. We see Peter Quill dancing empathetically, while listening to his headphones, right after retrieving the Power Stone – a scene that also takes place in the opening credits of the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
If this isn’t a proper throwback, we don’t know what is. Fans of Star-lord were practically giddy with happiness to see that dance scene from another angle.
