Details most fans didn't notice in Avengers Endgame

One of the most significantly touching moments of Endgame was when Tony Stark meets his father again, after not seeing him for years due to his death. When he goes back in time, he meets a young Howard Stark, and proceeds to ask him the questions that he’s been meaning to ask him for years. We as the audience know very well how badly he’s wanted to ask these questions because he mentions it in Iron Man.

In Captain America: Civil War, we’re also given a heartbreaking glimpse into the last interaction he had with his father – and based on these past movies, it couldn’t be more clear how meaningful it was for him to say goodbye to his father one last time.
