Let’s go back to Tony Stark for a moment. His death in Endgame is one of the most emotionally charged moments in the movie, especially because of how much he means to the MCU fanbase. Iron Man was the movie that started it all, and at the very end of it, Tony Stark reveals to the public, “I am Iron Man.”
Right before Tony performs the snap in Endgame, he says the same words – “I am Iron Man” – and this moment is so poetic that it makes his death afterward all the more heart wrenching.
